Allister Acess 3500

Garage door won't open or close electrically.

It will move 6 or 8 " , then stops, and will go back.
Do you have any suggestions? The electric eye seems to be working. I have clopay garage doors that seem to be working properly.

Does your door seem heavy when you open it manually?

Sounds like something is causing it to bind, like worn rollers binding in the track.
