Automatic Garage Door Will Not Open

I have a model KLIK2 garage door opener. I replaced dead battery. Lights flash when code entered but door will not open. What is my next series of steps.

The KLIK2 is your remote.

Try the wall control. Will the door open? If not, do you hear any noise?

Try Another Remote

Do you have another remote you can try? If not, you can find new ones at liftmaster garage door remote - they are not all the same, you will need to do a search for your particular models remote.

Sorry for not being more clearer with my question. First experience with door problem.

Yes, the garage door opens fine using the hard-wired wall control.

Like I said I changed the battery which is not the problem. I have no manual because I am not the original owner.

The unit is a Chamberlain Lift Master Professional Formula I.
