The Sears Craftsman Garage Door Opener Model 53992 is a 1/2 HP screw drive and comes with two 3-button remotes, premium wall control, Infra-red photo electric safety beams, rolling code technology (100 billion code possibility), and a keyless entry system.

Comes with installation instructions. Installation instructions and specifications are also in the online owner's manual.

For the first 90 days, Sears provides a warranty (see owner's manual for specifications) to cover most everything. I believe this includes labor for the first 90 days. After 90 days, manufacturers warranty applies to motor and parts (you pay labor).
