garage door clicker KLIK2U programming

After I programming the clicker KLIK2U, it works fine. Then I found out the door remote is not working. I re-program the remote then the clicker is not working. How can I make both working?

I don't know. Sometimes the "universal" remote is not 100% compatible.

Do you have a learn button on your opener? How long do you hold the button down before programming your remote?

You should only have to press and release the "learn" button. If you press and hold for too long it will erase all codes.
