Garage door closes then opens again

im not sure how this happened but now when I close my garage door it closes then opens again, it wont stay shut. The light on the opener starts blinking. does anyone know how to fix this?

The close limit needs adjusting. Your opener believes it is meeting an obstruction before fully closing.
