We can't get our garage door to open or shut.

It just happened today. what is wrong with it?

The opener has 2 lights on the top and they are on???

There are so many possibilities it is difficult to guess.

Have you tried both the remotes and the wall control?

Is there anything in the track causing it to jam? This could include a broken or badly worn roller, a broom...

The opener could have stripped gears.

Someone could have pulled the emergency disconnect.

Control board burnt out.

Motor burnt out.

And on and on.

Just too many possibilities; you will likely have to call a service tech.
