Garage Door Stopped Working

My garage door stopped working. The sprocket does not move and is making a loud noise. I have the 139.53413 model. What would be the cause and would it be easy to fix?

Sounds like the plastic gears are stripped. Pull the cover to examine.

Not a difficult replacement if you have a little bit of handyman skills.
