Garage Door won't work

Neither my remote control nor the house control will open the garage door. The red light is not on or flashing, what do I do?

Is the breaker tripped?

If the red light is on the opener, you probably aren't getting power to the opener.

If the red light you speak of is on the remote. Have you tried a new battery?
