Genie Wireless touchpad

The Genie Wireless touchpad works and the remote control won't or if I program the remote to work, the wireless touchpad won't. How do i get both to work?

How are you programming them? How long do you depress the Learn button?

This may have nothing to do with your situation, but if you press and hold the learn button too long, it erases all codes. Just press and release---do not hold---then program your remote. Repeat for your keypad.
