I have a delden x150 garage door with 9 dip switches.. remote = liftmaster with 8 dipswitches.

I have a Delden x150 garage door. On the motor for the garage door I find 9 dip switches.. recently I lost my remote and was told that the single button liftmaster would work.. I opened the remote and found only 8 dipswitches.. How can I get this remote to work?
