I have a Raynor "Safety Signal" (Model 3265RGD 1/2 HP) opener.

by Terry Johnson
(Xenia, Ohio)

Both "Safety Signal" remotes stopped working. Both batteries are OK. The unit on our wall still operates OK. I have tried all the "LEARN" steps to re-enter the code and checked the "safety" lights and they are both brightly lit. I am at a loss to try something else.

You Rock!
by: Anonymous

You guys rock. Couldn't figure out why I had to hold the button down the whole time to make it close. One of the safety lights was loose. Tightened it up and it works like a charm!

Program Remotes
by: Donald

First, make sure the antenna is fully extended downward from the back of the motor assembly.

Next, you should try erasing all codes, then reprogram each remote separately.

Wall control unit?
by: Anonymous

Do you have to hold the button down on the wall control until the door closes completely? If so, the safety sensors are probably out of alignment.
