LED Light is Slow Blinking on MVP Opener

I have an MVP opener and the red led light is slow blinking. I read it was a stuck relay. There are 3 relays in it. Which one do I need to replace?

Since I have been disabled and out of the business for almost 12 years I am simply not up-to-date enough to know which one. Maybe someone else that is still working will respond.
