Legacy Overhead Door Garage Door Opener

I have a Overhead Door Opener Legacy Model 696 CD/B. It has power but will not work. The sensors are red & green and I have power at the plug. Any thoughts?

What does it do? Does it make any noise? Grinding sound, whirring noise, clicking, any noise at all.

Will it do anything when you press the wall control button? Does the door make any movement at all?

Chain or belt drive? Has the chain or belt come off the drive gear or pulley? Plastic gears stripped? Belt or chain broken?
