The LiftMaster Model 3110 Garage Door Opener features a solid steel, maintenance free screw drive. The screw is encased to prevent metal to metal contact to prevent wear and reduce noise. This drive screw is permanently lubricated, reducing maintenance.
This model comes with Motor Vibration Isolation System® to reduce vibration and noise.
