Opening the Garage Door

I recently moved in to a new house with Signature garage door openers. The old owners of the house didn't leave the code for the key pad outside. How do i reset it?

Keypad Programming Instructions

Instructions should be in the manual. Online you will only find Genie, but they make the Overhead Door products as well.
