Power to motor keeps going out

I have a genie model IMS 1000/A ACSR3G The power on the unit went out so I pulled the power cord, waited a few minutes and the power came back on.

I came back a few hours later and had the same problem; this has happened several times since yesterday, can you help me

Anyone out there have any suggestions aside from "call a service tech"?

I'm having the same problem with my Genie. The door opens/closes then the power goes out. If I wait the powers comes back on and I can open/close it again. Any solutions?
