Purchased House and Concerned About Old Remotes Not Found

We purchased a house with a Overhead Python 2 garage door opener. We did not meet the previous owners or get the garage door remotes at closing.

We have purchased and programed replacement remotes, but are concerned that the old remotes will still work.

How can you change the code so that the old "lost" remotes will no longer work?

Press and hold the learn button on the motor head for 30 seconds. This will clear all codes.

You will now have to reprogram your remotes and any keypads before they will work.
