Python2 door opens automatically on its own

I have had my opener open the garage door in the middle of the night twice in the past few weeks. In addition, the opener will then not shut by either the wall pad or car remotes.

After I unplug the power from the outlet and re-plug back in, all works fine again. Is there a circuit board assembly that is going bad?
