Raynor door goes up but not down unless i hold the button

Raynor garage door goes up but not down unless I hold the button. Whats wrong?

The safety sensors are out of alignment (most likely), or they have gone bad, or there is a problem with the wiring.

The indicator light on the safety sensor receiving unit will be blinking rapidly if not aligned properly. You may have to get down to eye level with it to tell that it is blinking. If so, alignment must be adjusted.
