Remote control for garage door

My garage door opener will not close my garage door, but opens & closes my neighbors.

I've checked "how to recode remote control" websites to no avail; unable to find sensor referenced on the Challenger 9300 series.

I've also accessed their website; the remote they reference is a 3 button control. Mine is a single button. HELP!!!
