Slow blink green light =stuck open limit

Slow blink green light - meaning stuck open limit. What does it mean and how do you fix it so I can open and shut my garage door automatically. Thank you so much for your help.

First, determine where your open limit switch is. Your owners manual should be helpful. I list online versions (those I have found) here on this site.

Then is it simply electronic with a sensor or does it have a physical switch?

When the door opens fully do two sensors meet?

You could try the old method of simply bumping or tapping the switch. If it has a lever you can try freeing it.

Clean any sensors. If it is still stuck you will probably have to replace it.
